Track Name: Stand in a Circle
It's amazing
How one thing can change your point of view
It's amazing
How easy it can seem when things are true
Once a simple walk is now a journey,
Once a piece of chalk now creates beauty,
I would never know, but then I felt the inner flow,
In my own dojo, and it made me say
It's amazing, oh yeah

CHORUS:
Stand by me
Stand by me
I know you won't understand just yet but
Stand by me
I'll raise it,
They'll praise it,
And we'll all stand in a circle
We need this,
It feeds us,
Let's all just stand in a circle and
Bask in the glory tonight
Yeah, we'll bask in the glory tonight

It's unreal
Maybe that's a fact, I'll say it's not
Cause I feel
More connected to this world than my previous stage plot
Once a piece of wood now creates music,
Once a nowhere man is now the topic
I had never cared, but then I redefined "where"
And with all this air, it makes me think
It's unreal, oh yeah

CHORUS
Track Name: Good Gracious Man
You know I get a little crazy
Every now and then
My mind just gets a little lazy
Again and again and again and again

Lots of drama, panorama,
Scan the map, another lap,
There's always just another way around
Pick a little shithole, it becomes your own
Stick a little new role, as long as you don't leave parole
There's plenty to go around

CHORUS:
Now tell me your side and try to stay on the ground
This chance you will have to pry from my cold, dead hands
There was once a time where you had this in the bag
Then your little pal came by, and they call him Good Gracious Man

Thank God you helped to keep it open
And hey, ain't it a pain?
It's not much like you to show zen
When it's pouring rain

Individuality,
Scarcity, reality
I love it when they all sink in
Dreams crushed, gold rush,
Get your tush pushed by you, not to miss the bus
But now the chaos will begin

CHORUS
Track Name: Dearest Mother Q
Sprinkle just a bit to help him engineer
Linger just a while cause we're all stuck here
Keep a few close friends to help you to get by
Blow your smoky rings up into the sky
Race across your mind like it's all you care
You'll find you're almost blind because there's way more there
Some were born with hands and some were born with eyes
All of us are wearing our favorite disguise

CHORUS:
Let's take a ride
Before we run out of time
And now we ask ourselves why
And we wonder what happened to Mother Q

Everybody wants their new technology
To come in and replace their personality
So little know the ways of dearest Mother Q
We've conjured up a whole new way to pull us through

CHORUS

Race across your mind like it's all you care
You'll find you're almost blind because there's way more there
Track Name: I Know
I know I have more flaws than the average human being
I know I'm probably not in the best state of mind
I know there's many things that I've yet to discover
I know I get obsessive over writing stupid little songs like this
So yeah, I'm not perfect, and I ain't gonna make excuses
Hell, watcha gonna do?
This is who I am

CHORUS:
Every decision that I've ever made,
I never decided if it was the right way
Closing the back door, open the front,
Who knows, it could all be for a piece of junk, a piece of junk
But surprisingly, I'm ok with that

I know you're probably wondering what you're gonna do
I know you're probably thinking that this is gonna fall right through
Well, I know where I'm at now, I'm just waiting on you
Take your sweet time
Cause trust me, I'm enjoying mine

CHORUS:
Every decision that I've ever made
I never decided if it was the right way
Closing the back door, open the front
Who knows, it could all be for a piece of
All this commercialism, throw it behind
How it's been changing you is blowing my mind
But if in your eyes, it seems fine,
Then screw it, I'm off to catch up on some of my own time, some of my own time

I'm gonna ask you to do me a favor
It's not for me as much as it's for you
Clear your mind girl, clear your mind

CHORUS
Track Name: The Media & Mother Nature
If the weather can cause depression
If TV shows can cause aggression
Then I could blame my feelings of oppression
On the media and Mother Nature
If animal instincts create pervs
If the internet makes intelligence curve
Then I could blame all my hurt
On the media and Mother Nature

CHORUS:
Oh, save me, Mother Nature
Be my scapegoat, media
There's nothing wrong with me
It's you and you and you and you

If the sun can make me hyper
If the news is why I carry a sniper
Then I could blame my issues, right here
On the media and Mother Nature
If wildlife creates irrational fears
If the radio fuels my bad ideas
Then I could make the fault seem to appear
From the media and Mother Nature

CHORUS

But maybe this is all an excuse
So that people don't feel like they are a recluse
They just let their insecurities loose
On the media and Mother Nature
On the media and Mother Nature
On the media and Mother Nature
So the next time you are feeling blue
It's the media and Mother Nature
Oh, just blame it on
The media and Mother Nature
Track Name: Patch of Sky
I wonder why we build our bodies up
I wonder why we're so desperate to please
I wonder why our main focus is based upon
What other minds do, say, or think
Maybe it's built into our social instincts
Maybe it's something more
We all have that desire where we want to be admired,
Recognized, remembered, wanted, and adored

CHORUS:
Drive by,
Your own slice of pie
Your own brand of new
Fly high,
Your own patch of sky
Your own legs grew

Sold her soul to a world of plastic
Cause she thought it would impress
Sold himself to the new-age creation
Looking for the best success
Driven by red, blue, and white
American pie caught their eye
You would make your own mother cry
Before standing below your patch of sky

CHORUS

I don't know you anymore
I don't care
You can walk away, honey
I don't care
I don't know you anymore
I don't care
You can walk away, honey
I don't care

CHORUS
